How we work

Dedicated teams, clear ownership and a plan we build with you. Start with the work you need help with, then meet the people who will take it on.

Our commitments

You should be able to see how we work in the people you meet, the responsibilities we agree and the updates you receive.

Dedicated teams
Named people and a clear team lead who learns your business and stays close to the work.
Clear ownership
Agreed responsibilities, an escalation path and a reporting cadence, so you know who owns the next step.
Adaptable support
An agreed process for changing capacity or scope as your workload and priorities change.
Better outcomes
Progress reported against a baseline we agree with you before work begins.

From first call to running team

  1. Scope the work

    What happens
We map the tasks, volumes, tools and handovers with the people who know the work.
    What you get
A proposed scope with responsibilities, a starting baseline and the decisions needed before setup.
    What we need from you
Your priorities, examples of the work and a person who can help agree the scope.
  2. Set up your team

    What happens
You meet your team lead and agree access, training, approvals and the handover plan.
    What you get
Named contacts, documented working instructions and a shared plan for starting the work.
    What we need from you
Approved system access, current process guidance and time with the people handing over.
  3. Run and report

    What happens
The team runs the agreed work and your team lead brings open questions to the right owner.
    What you get
Updates on completed work, progress against the baseline and items that need your decision.
    What we need from you
A named approver, feedback on the work and decisions on the exceptions we raise.
  4. Review and adjust

    What happens
We review the workload and working arrangements with you as your needs change.
    What you get
An agreed record of changes to scope, capacity or the way the team works.
    What we need from you
A view of upcoming priorities and agreement on changes before we put them into practice.

Your team, your tools

We work inside your systems with access you grant and can review. Your team lead is your single point of contact, bringing the right people into the conversation when a decision is needed.

  • You decide which systems and records the team can access.
  • Your team lead keeps responsibilities and open actions clear.
  • Reporting happens on the cadence you choose together.

Your named team lead
One point of contact who knows the work and keeps you in the loop.
Specialists who learn your processes
People who work with your systems and follow the way your business operates.
Updates on your cadence
Agree what you need to hear about and how often the team reports back.
An agreed route for decisions
Set out who can decide, what needs your approval and where to take an escalation.

Where AI fits

These tools help the team with routine reading, sorting and drafting. People check the work and own every outcome. You agree in the scope which processes use them.

Looking after your data

We agree and document a data handling approach in the scope, with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) in view. Personal data is handled only for the agreed work. Access is limited to the people on your team, and you decide what we can see.
